Auto Center Co-Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The Auto Center Co-Manager (Retail) is responsible for overseeing all retail services in the Auto
Center, general gaming oversight, and liquor sales. This role focuses on operating an efficient and
profitable front-end operation by managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing
compliance, and driving revenue growth through the retail services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee retail sales in the auto center, ensuring an optimized, customer experience and
    efficient service
  • Ensure gaming operations comply with state and local regulations while enhancing customer
    engagement
  • Oversee liquor sales, ensuring compliant with all laws regarding alcohol sales and managing
    inventory
  • Assist in hiring, training, and guiding retail staff
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all operational areas
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and retail and liquor
    departments
  • Handle escalated customer complaint and resolve issues in a timely man
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and operational challenges
  • Manage inventory for retail and liquor sales, ensuring adequate stock level levels and
    replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with all company, policies, as well as health and safety regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS

•Mustbe 21 years old or older •High school diploma or GED •Proficiency inbasic computer applications and POS operation •Excellent organizational skills •Effective communication skills •Exceptional customer service skills •Positiveand professional disposition •Ability to manage a team effectively and drive results •Proficient in managing inventory and compliance requirements •Must be able to read, comprehend, and adhere to complex government regulations and strict organizational policies •Ability to work, a flexible, retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

LIMITS/RESTRICTIONS •This work involves standing and walking continuously throughout the shift, and lifting cases weighing a maximum of 50 pounds and up to five feet in height •Standing and walking for extended periods of time, up to eight hours a day or more •Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment •Compliance with safety protocols for handling petroleum products required
